She arrived in Melbourne, Australia earlier today (April 27) and, almost immediately upon touching down, Katy Perry took legal action against NW Magazine.
Last month, the tabloid claimed that the ?Firework? star had an intimate relationship with her record producer, Benny Blanco, after marrying Russell Brand.
Perry is now pursuing damages and aggravated damages and could win a six-figure payout in court.
Hopefully, Katy can put the disturbing report out of her mind - as she's set to kick off her tour tomorrow night in Melbourne.
